Applicants should hold an MSc degree in Actuarial Science/ Financial Engineering/Financial Economics Finance/Banking and Finance or equivalent with a strong background in Mathematics and a relevant first degree with at least a 2.1-degree classification. Candidates with relevant doctoral degrees or progressing towards one will have an added advantage. Applicants must have professional experience in industry and teaching experience at tertiary or university level. Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education are preferred. Successful applicants must be able to supervise students Masters Dissertation research and to teach at least three of the following modules at an undergraduate level: Interest rate models and derivatives, Econometrics, Monetary Economic, Quantitative Method, Transport Econometric, Environmental Economic, Fundamental of actuarial models; Simulation and financial modeling; corporate financial engineering; Stochastic process in finance; Portfolio engineering; and Credit derivatives, Advanced Microeconomics
