Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Community Health or Public Health and a first degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent. Candidates with relevant doctoral degrees or progressing towards one will have an added advantage. Applicants must have professional experience in industry and teaching experience at tertiary or university level. Holders of the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education are preferred. Successful candidates are expected to have a track record of productive scholarly research and train both undergraduate and postgraduate students in any of the following areas;
primary health care, public health, health systems and its pillars, behavioral sciences, field and community attachment; and research methodologies.
